How we use information from this website, your enquiries and the client portal.
Information we receive
When you enquire, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, property preferences and message you provide, together with your consent choice and its date. The client portal also holds information and documents related to your purchase. Hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address and error information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer your questions and provide information you request. Purchase and portal records support the administration of your purchase and related obligations. Your agreement to be contacted about an enquiry does not opt you into unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Our authorised sales and administration team use the information needed for their work. Service providers support hosting, data storage, authentication and email delivery. Public pages also use Google Fonts and, on some project pages, Google Maps; loading these services shares technical connection information with Google. Google Analytics is disabled.
Browser storage and analytics
We use browser storage to remember your language and support secure sign-in. Google Analytics and its conversion tracking are currently disabled: the site does not load the analytics script or send analytics events. Cookies from earlier visits may remain in your browser until they expire or you remove them in your browser settings.
Questions and data requests
Contact sales@develeco.com.cy to ask about how we handle your data, request access or corrections, or ask for deletion. Some purchase records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations. You may also raise a concern with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
