Built on experience. Focused on home.
Develeco is a Cyprus-based real estate developer with roots in more than 20 years of construction experience in Israel. Active in Cyprus since 2019, we bring practical building knowledge to residential development in Larnaca. Our vision is to create homes where thoughtful planning, everyday comfort and a sense of belonging come together.
Our work includes the completed La Grande Maison in Mackenzie, around 80 metres from the beach, and Paradise Residence, a development of 32 residences in Livadia. Behind each project is the same belief: a home deserves careful attention, and the people choosing it deserve honesty, accuracy and clear communication.

01
Spaces that work
Good planning makes room for everyday life. Natural light, privacy, thermal comfort and efficient layouts are priorities in how we think about a home.
02
Care in the details
Construction experience informs our approach to design and specification. We value careful decisions about the details people live with, from the arrangement of a room to the materials around them.
03
A clear conversation
Choosing a property is a significant decision. We believe in listening, explaining the details clearly and helping you understand the home you are considering.
A sense of belonging in Larnaca.
A home is part of a wider place. In Larnaca, coastal life sits alongside the routines of a working city: school, work, shopping and time with family and friends. We consider that everyday context alongside the building itself.
From Mackenzie to Livadia, our developments reflect different ways of making a home in Larnaca. The right choice begins with your priorities: the neighbourhood, the layout and how you want to use the space.
01
Life by the sea
The coast is part of Larnaca's character. La Grande Maison brings that connection close to home, around 80 metres from the beach in Mackenzie.
02
Everyday life matters
A location should make sense beyond a first visit. We encourage you to consider your daily routes, the places you use and the rhythm of the neighbourhood.
03
Your way of living
A permanent home, a base in Cyprus or a property investment starts with different needs. We will help you explore the details that matter to your plans.
